1.

Lehner Lifttechnik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the „Media Owner“) places great importance on the protection of personal data. If the Media Owner processes personal data of users due to the use of this website, this is done exclusively on the basis of applicable data protection regulations, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Act.

2.

In principle, no personal data is processed in connection with the use of this website. Exceptions are cases where a user voluntarily enters their personal data (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) on the website to use certain services (e.g., by filling out the contact form) or where this is done by explicitly commissioned third parties. Personal data is processed by the Media Owner – if at all – exclusively for the respective purposes, and we store it for the duration of the business relationship and beyond, in accordance with legal retention, documentation, and reporting obligations.
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise disclosed if this is necessary for the purpose of initiating or processing contracts or billing, or if you have given your prior consent. For example, in the context of order processing, the service providers we use (e.g., local sales partners for quoting, shipping companies, logistics providers, payment service providers) receive the necessary data for order processing. However, in the event of a legal requirement, an official order, or an official investigation, we are legally obliged to provide the respective data to the authorities.

3.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, which are text files placed on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, the Media Owner has activated IP anonymization on all pages of the website. The user’s IP address is therefore truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The IP address of the respective user is therefore neither fully transmitted to Google nor stored. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information to evaluate the use of this website by the respective user, to compile reports on website activities for website operators, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will under no circumstances associate the user’s IP address with other Google data.

The user can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting their browser software settings (all common browsers offer settings for this). There are also tools that prevent tracking by Google Analytics. The collection of data generated by cookies and related to the use of the website (incl. IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google can also be prevented by the user sending an objection declaration to the Media Owner via email. The website can be used without restrictions, even if the user employs the aforementioned tools or prevents or objects to the use of cookies through appropriate browser settings. By using this website, the user agrees to the processing of the data collected about them by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose stated above.

4.

This website contains button-shaped links to plugins from various social networks, including „Facebook.com“, „Google.com“, and „Youtube.com“. When the respective buttons are pressed, personal data (e.g., IP address) may be collected by the operators of the respective social networks. The Media Owner has no influence on the collection of data by the respective operators of the social networks. Information on the scope and use of the collected data can be found in the privacy policies of the respective social networks.

5.

Users of this website can request information about the data stored about them and demand the modification or deletion of this data at any time via email. If data protection consents have been granted by the user, these can also be revoked via email.

6.

This privacy policy is subject to regular review by the Media Owner, and it may be necessary to make changes from time to time. The most current version of this privacy policy will be published on the Media Owner’s website.

7.

For the GDPR, the principle of purpose-bound use of personal data applies within the scope of our data processing, even beyond the use of our website. We refrain from extensive data hoarding and only process data from business partners and employees that is relevant for ordinary business operations.

The processing of personal data takes place exclusively within the EU or the European Economic Area; a transfer to other countries (so-called „third countries“) is not carried out.
