Lehner Lifttechnik is a manufacturer of stair and platform lifts and deliberately works with selected specialist dealers and service companies.

For all questions regarding maintenance, malfunctions, repairs or settings, your local specialist partner is usually the right contact person.

This structure ensures that you receive prompt assistance from a team that knows your system, the local conditions and your history.

Your direct line to service: the responsible specialist partner

Your specialist partner takes care of the following on site:

  • Service & maintenance of your system
  • Troubleshooting and repairs
  • Spare parts and settings
  • Advice if your living or care situation changes

Why is this important?

  • The partner knows your specific installation.
  • They are in your area and can react more quickly.
  • They have direct access to all technical documents and spare parts.

In short: In most cases, your specialist partner is the quickest way to a solution – and therefore our preferred service route.

Where can I find the contact details of my partner?

In many cases, you will find the contact details of your responsible specialist partner in:

  • Your purchase contract or in the order documents
  • The invoice or the service contract
  • The operating instructions or the service booklet
  • If applicable, also on a sticker directly on the device (e.g. in the area of the nameplates)

We recommend keeping this information in a clearly visible place – for example, near the lift or in the house file.

Can’t find your partner or can’t reach them?

Sometimes documents are misplaced, companies are renamed or no longer reachable. In these cases, we will of course not leave you alone.
If you cannot find out which specialist company installed your lift, or cannot reach them, you can contact Lehner Lifttechnik directly – ideally with some important information about the system.

  • The LE serial number of your lift in the format LExxxxx, you will find this number on the nameplate of your system

Additionally very helpful are:

  • Photos of the system and the installation situation
  • If possible, a photo of the nameplate
  • A short video showing the problem (e.g. noise, display, error message)
  • A short description of the problem (What is not working? Since when? Is an error code displayed?)

The more precise your information, the faster our employees can make a first assessment and tell you which specialist partner or service route is the right one for you.
