Your Responsibilities
- You are the professional for our figures: you prepare invoices, carry out invoice checks, and post ongoing business transactions.
- You keep track of outstanding items and independently take care of the dunning process.
- You are the first, friendly point of contact for our customers by phone and email, and you support them with their enquiries.
- You are responsible for processing funding applications.
- You ensure well-maintained master data and support the team with general administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- You have completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, or another vocational upper secondary school).
- You work accurately, independently, and are happy to take on responsibility.
- You have good basic IT skills.
- You communicate confidently in German and English by email and on the phone.
- You enjoy working with people and are a true team player.

We offer you an attractive salary of at least €34,000 based on full-time employment. What matters to us is what you can do – an overpayment depending on your experience and qualifications is provided for.
