Your Responsibilities
- Technical support and spare parts sales for our international dealer network
- Internal technical point of contact for our sales team
- Conducting technical customer training sessions (internal and external)
- Support in the improvement and further development of our high-quality product portfolio
- Creation and maintenance of technical product documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Technical education, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering (apprenticeship, master craftsman, HTL)
- Good basic IT skills
- Confident communication in German and English via email and phone
- Enjoy working with customers
- Solid consulting and problem-solving skills

We offer an attractive salary of at least €40,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
